I am a neurodivergent movement educator, musician and visual artist who immigrated to the US when I was 9. I’ve done my best to combine my knowledge from trauma-informed teaching training, over 400 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, somatic experiencing awareness, mindfulness training, and my experience as a therapeutic harpist and vocalist. I am also currently enrolled in a Clinical Musicianship Certification Program called Harp for Healing, training to play therapeutic harp in clinical settings for those working through chronic pain, long term illness, and hospice settings to name a few.
My dream is to bring education, empowerment , freedom of expression, & embodiment to my local and global community. To you.
In all offerings, emphasizing accessibility, equity and autonomy for every individual human being’s choice in regards to how to move in one’s own body, for this ripples out into the way one will carry themselves out in the world and in the relationships one engages in.
I believe that when we are working on the micro or individual levels, we are simultaneously working within the macro and the collective levels.
